Campaign description:
The campaign for Naj International,
which is the oldest personal consulting service in Poland,
was twofold.
The first aspect concerned the fifteenth anniversary of the company whereas the second one focused on the change of the company?s business activity,
which was to shift towards top management recruitment services.
The campaign was to raise the brand awareness among the potential customers and recruits.
Actions of the Agency:
Ad Publica has prepared and implemented a brand-making strategy,
portraying Naj International as a company specializing in top management recruitment.
The Agency spared no efforts to develop good relationships with the industry media,
targeting the readers who occupy top management positions.
A close relationship with business media played an important part in the whole scheme.
Together with Forbes Magazine,
Ad Publica conducted research into defining the qualities of the Polish managerial staff.
The results of the research,
as well as comments,
were purveyed by the managing director of Naj International,
which were subsequently published by Forbes Magazine.
The entire PR campaign was comprehensive and planned in detail.
As a result Naj International is perceived by the top management as an effective company,
which understands the Polish business environment.
The partnership with Naj has produced a number of publications about the company.
